We are very excited to announce to you that on Friday, September 8, 2022, we received an alert regarding one of our 11th Ave Tribute investor’s I-526E approval! Congratulations to our Taiwanese investor, who filed on October 3, 2022, and received this approval in 11.2 months!
This was not the first case filed for this project (the first I-526E was filed on August 24, 2022), this was the first case approved. As such, we anticipate that we may receive approvals for cases filed after this date as well in the near future.
We are honored that our 11th Avenue Marriott Tribute Portfolio Project was the first High Unemployment TEA project to receive I-956F approval back on June 15, 2023, and now in 2.8 months, we received an I-526E approval for this project! Moreover, it appears that this approval marks the first High Unemployment TEA I-526E approval in the industry! This is an extraordinary achievement! We are proud to set another record in the EB-5 industry!
