We are pleased to report that on Tuesday, June 27, 2023, we received our I-956F Approval Notice for the Manhattan 11th Ave Marriott Tribute Portfolio Hotel Project. Our I-956F filing package arrived at the USCIS office on July 19, 2022 and was approved on June 15, 2023.
It took only 10.9 months for USCIS to adjudicate this application. While we did not rush to be the first to file our I-956F, we are the first regional center to receive I-956F approval for a High Unemployment Area Project!
Before the passage of the new EB-5 legislation, we similarly received a straight project approval in record speed of 8.9 months. That I-924 exemplar approval was received in 2018. The I-526 petitions that followed had an average adjudication time of 7.9 months, with the fastest I-526 approval in 4.6 months.
We are very happy to set another record in the EB-5 industry.
