Second Offering
The Project is an upscale full-service Marriott Tribute Portfolio hotel with all rooms facing unobstructed views of the iconic Hudson River or upper Manhattan. Located across the street from the Javits Center, it is a prime location for convention guests. Conveniently located in the Hudson Yards area, it offers excellent dining options and high-end shopping. Part of the architectural vision, curtain walls will make a statement on the West Side of Manhattan during sunset, forming a copper tone visual mosaic reflecting on alternating angular glass panels.

Aspen BHC Project – Ladoga Indiana
The Aspen BHC Project – Ladoga Indiana involves the transformation and targeted renovation of a former juvenile detention center into a state-of-the-art substance use disorder recovery facility. The site was previously closed, and through the renovation process with the planned improvements, has reopened recently to a fully operational behavioral health facility. Led by an experienced clinical and medical team, the facility provides residential treatment services to individuals across Indiana, with a focus on the Medicaid and underserved populations.

Manhattan 11th Avenue Marriott Hotel
This Project is an upscale, full-service Marriott Tribute Portfolio hotel located directly across from the Javits Convention Center in Manhattan’s expanding West Side business district. The 52-story tower, rising approximately 608 feet, will be a prominent addition to the New York City skyline. Guestrooms are designed to offer unobstructed Hudson River views. Hotel amenities include a full-service restaurant, ballroom and meeting facilities, private boardroom, speakeasy-style bar and lounge, fitness center, golf simulator, and activity room.
LaGuardia AC by Marriott Hotel
This Project is located less than two miles away from the LaGuardia Airport. It is also located minutes away from the Citi Field Stadium and the USTA National Tennis Center, where the internationally renowned US Open is hosted annually.
Located at the heart of a major expansion of Midtown Manhattan into the West side, the Project will bring a fresh, contemporary, and exciting lodging experience within the new central business district in Manhattan. It is near the famous High Line Park and is a 3-minute walk from the 34th St – Hudson Yards subway station.

The Project is located in Brooklyn, NY, next to a nursing home, and primarily serves the population living within 10 miles of its location. While Brooklyn Boulevard ALP provides housing and accommodation for residents of any age, a large portion of the facility’s population is 65 and older.
