Attorney Ng is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Manhattan Regional Center (MRC) and the Chief Counsel of MRC’s associated projects. Attorney Ng directs the affairs of MRC and works closely with securities and immigration counsels in an effort to ensure that MRC and its associated projects are compliant with current EB-5 and securities laws and regulations.
Prior to joining MRC, Attorney Ng worked for a prominent business and investment immigration law firm, handling a variety of EB-5 and other immigration matters.
She has provided legal services to hundreds of EB-5 investors in the past and assisted many regional centers and project developers in structuring their regional centers and projects for EB-5 compliance.
Attorney Ng frequently speaks at conferences and seminars, participates in panel discussions, and conducts EB-5 training in the United States and overseas. She has also authored and co-authored various articles on EB-5 and EB-5 related topics. She is a firm believer and advocate of increased transparency at all levels in the EB-5 process, especially in the path and usage of EB-5 funds, to eliminate bad actors in the industry and to assist investors to achieve immigration and investment success.
Attorney Ng earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from the University of Toronto. She attended law school at the University of Idaho and the University of San Diego. Attorney Ng is a member of the State Bar of California, American Bar Association, Orange County Bar Association, American Immigration Lawyers Association, and the J. Reuben Clark Law Society.
Born in Hong Kong and raised in Toronto, Canada, Attorney Ng is fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. She currently resides in Irvine, California with her family. Attorney Ng is an active member of her church, dedicating time to various religious activities and services.
