Its reservation system completes over 700 transactions in 26 languages per second and is the world’s largest customer loyalty system.InterContinental Hotels Group operates more than 1,300 Holiday Inn hotels worldwide, 952 of them are located in the United States, 266 ones are yet planned to be built. This project is one of them and it will become the world’s tallest Holiday Inn after completion. InterContinental Hotels Group is also the largest international hotel management company in China, with 22 years of successful experience of operating in China and more than 210 hotels located and under construction in China.

Project Summary

The project is located in 99 Washington Street in the Financial District of New York City. It is next to the new World Trade Center and Wall Street Financial Center. The New York headquarters of most major financial institutions are concentrated here, including the New York Stock Exchange and the U.S. Federal Reserve Bank. The daily flow of commuters and tourists) exceed over 300 thousand. There are several subway lines nearby to facilitate trips to anywhere in New York. + USCIS Approval The overall plan of Manhattan Regional Center (MRC) has been approved by the USCIS Immigrant Investor Program. According to the U.S. immigration process, the EB-5 Regional Center can help investors quickly and legally obtain a U.S. permanent green card. + Ownership of the Land Holiday Inn project owner already has full ownership of the land. + Advantages in Projects Management Normally, Investors not only need to invest US$1 million in the traditional investment immigration project, but also need to actively participate in the daily operation and management. However investors applying through Manhattan Regional Center need not personally participate in the operation and management of the hotel. We have a professional hotel management team to carry out the daily operation and management for them. + Loan According to the loan agreement, the investor’s investment funds will be invested in the infrastructure of the hotel etc. The customer’s initial investment is ‘at risk’ as required by the EB-5 program and by the program’s adjudication by U.S. Immigration Service (USCIS). Mr. Xie currently serves as chairman of Yiduo Investment and Development Group, located in Wuxi City in Jiangsu Province. This company focuses on real estate and currently owns Golden Horse Real Estate Company.
